Ordering Information

There are 4 convenient ways to purchase your Top Tag Pet ID.

Call – Use the toll free number – 877-305-1010 or in Arizona 520-547-0412.  We will be happy to take your payment and shipping information over the phone. Please call between 8:30 am – and 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday, Mountain time to place your order.

Payment Information

Sales Tax: Items delivered to an address in the state of Arizona will be charged the applicable sale tax unless you provide us with an Arizona tax exempt form.

Credit Cards Accepted: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express and Discover. 

We will contact you within 24 hours by phone or email if we experience any trouble processing your credit card. In the event we have to leave a message and you are not able to get back to us within 72 hours, your order will be cancelled.

Charges will be made to your credit card prior to shipping.

Checks & Money Orders: Make your check or money order payable to Flash Drive Publishing, Inc. (do not send cash). Send to:

When sending a check, include your driver's license number, name, address and telephone number on the check. Your order will be shipped when the check clears our bank.

If you send a money order, include your name, address, telephone number, and number of Top Tags ordered. Your order will be shipped in 1-2 days.

Whether you send a check or money order, be sure to include the shipping charges when figuring your total.  To determine the total cost of your order, pleases see the shipping cost chart above.

Purchase Orders: We accept Purchase Orders from most organizations for orders over $300.00.  Before e-mailing, faxing or mailing your purchase order, please be sure to include the following information:

• Purchase Order Number
• Product number
• Product description
• Quantity ordered
• Preferred shipping method
• Billing/shipping information
• Payment terms (max 30 days)
• Credit references (Bank information plus business/vendor contacts)

International Orders
We accept orders from most international locations. If you place your order online, shipping charges will not be added during checkout. We will contact you by email with the total shipping charges.

Payments Accepted
For international orders, we accept most major credit cards. You will be required to fax a copy of the front and back of your credit card to us for verification. We also accept international money orders and wire transfers. Please contact us for the correct banking information for wire transfers at 520-547-0412.

Customs Information
You may be required to pay a duty or import tax upon the arrival of your package. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and your package will not clear customs until all levies are paid. To determine what these tariffs may be, please contact your local customs office.  In addition, the customer placing the order for the Top Tag Pet ID is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all importing laws and regulations of the country receiving the product.

All packages shipped internationally are subject to inspection by customs officials. Also, international carriers may require order, shipment and product information. We will supply this information to comply with local and international laws and to help speed clearance through customs.

The value of the order will be stated on all customs forms as required by customs authorities.

Domestic Shipping Rates: Free US Mail Shipping Offerd for a limited time. US Mail shipping usually take 2 - 5 days once the item is shipped.

Rush Orders
We suggest you place your order before 12 noon, Mountain Time to meet our same day shipping deadline. Please call for quotes on large orders that require expidited shipping.

International Shipping
We accept orders from most international locations. If you place your order online, shipping charges will not be added during checkout. We will contact you by email with the total shipping charges.

Returns
We offer a hassle free 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.  If for any reason you want to return your Top Tag Pet ID, just call 1-877-305-1010 or e-mail sales@toptagpetid.com and ask for a Return Authorization Number (RGA#).  Shipping charges will be reimbursed only if the return is the result of an error on our part.

Returns will not be processed if a packing slip or receipt showing date of purchase is not included with the returned product.
